Our client is currently in an expansive phase and is therefore looking for Production Workers.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of production worker, your exact tasks will vary depending on which department you are placed in. Generally, your daily work may include:

• Machine and Process Operation: Operation and monitoring of the production facility's machines. Depending on the department, this may involve everything from heavy and physical tasks (for example, during machine setups and material changes) to detailed assembly and fine-tuning of materials.
• Manufacturing and Assembly: Assembly of components according to instructions and drawings, as well as manufacturing and fine-tuning of detailed parts.
• Quality Assurance: Ongoing inspection and quality assurance of finished products to meet our high standards.
• Problem Solving and Maintenance: Handling of technical deviations in production, troubleshooting, and participation in preventive or corrective machine maintenance.
• Warehouse and Goods Handling: For roles within logistics, this includes forklift driving, planning, and handling of incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Teamwork and Safety: Always prioritizing safety and actively contributing to an orderly, efficient, and pleasant workplace.

As a person, you are:

• Safety-conscious, meticulous, and prioritizes quality.
• A reliable team player with a positive and communicative attitude.
• Physically fit, as the work is largely physically active.
• Available and willing to work shifts (nights/evenings/weekends may occur).
• Proficient in Swedish (spoken and written) to understand safety instructions, as well as having a basic understanding of English.
• Possessing a B driver's license and access to a car (to easily commute to work during all shift times).

As some of our processes involve handling thermosetting plastics (isocyanates), final candidates undergo a statutory medical examination for fitness certification through our occupational health services.
